Health Sciences South Carolina

Health Sciences South Carolina is America's first statewide research collaborative focused entirely on transforming healthcare quality, health information systems, tomorrow's workforce, and ultimately, patient outcomes.

ITology

IT-oLogy is a nonprofit collaboration of businesses, academic institutions and organizations dedicated to growing the IT talent pipeline, fostering economic development and advancing the IT profession.

Oak Ridge National Laboratory

Oak Ridge National Laboratory is DOE’s largest multiprogram science and energy laboratory, with scientific and technical capabilities spanning the continuum from basic to applied research. These resources enable the lab to tackle an exceptionally wide range of research and development assignments, from fundamental nuclear physics to applied research and development on advanced energy systems.

Savannah River National Laboratory

The Savannah River National Laboratory is the applied research and development laboratory at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Savannah River Site. The laboratory applies state-of-the-art science to provide practical, high-value, cost-effective solutions to complex technical problems. 

South Carolina Research Authority

The South Carolina Research Authority leads applied research collaborations, grows knowledge-based businesses, and builds and manages research and development facilities.

Smartstate Partnerships

The SmartState Program enables the state's three public research institutions—Clemson University, the Medical University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina—to use state lottery funds to create Centers of Economic Excellence in research areas that will advance South Carolina's economy.
