With eight campuses located throughout the state, the University of South
Carolina makes significant contributions to the arts in every region of South
Carolina. Faculty and students at the various USC campuses stage performances
and exhibits, bring in prominent guest artists, and host arts forums and other
arts-related events. Many of the campuses also feature state-of-the-art performance
venues that function as hubs of cultural activity in their communities. And the
