Graduate Degrees

As a graduate student in the Master of Human Resources program at the Darla Moore School of Business, you will be thoroughly trained in the traditional and essential functions of recruiting, selecting, designing compensation plans, achieving compliance with government regulations, coordinating benefits packages and managing labor issues. In addition, you will learn how human resources professionals serve as strategic business partners to manage the enormous change in today's workplace. For an even richer experience, consider the our dual degree option that allows you to pursue a law degree simultaneously.

DD  Dual Degree: Human Resources and Law (M.H.R. / J.D.) 

Through special arrangement, the university offers dual degree programs in certain areas to permit a student to work on two degrees concurrently by combining credits, resulting in the student taking fewer courses than the total required if each degree were pursued independently.

This program, offered by the Darla Moore School of Business and the School of Law, culminates in a Master of Human Resources and a Juris Doctor.
