SimMom Maternity Suite

The SimMom maternity suite is located in room 139.  The suite includes the SimMom simulator which can automatically deliver a small baby.  The suite also houses SimBaby, a slightly larger manikin that is programmable and functions in the same way as the adult patient simulators.  He is realistic in appearance and size. Students who have not delivered or handled babies can learn proper care and interventions in this simulation suite.

SimMom is a patient simulator that automatically delivers a baby.  She has chest rise, heart, lung, and bowel sounds.  All of which are programmable.

SimBaby

SimBaby is a patient simulator equipped with chest rise, heart, lung, and bowel sounds.  All of his sounds and vital signs are programmable.
